Admitted to the Bar of the States of New Jersey and New York and the Supreme Court of the United States , Kevin T. Corcoran's practice consists primarily of transactional residential, commercial and mixed use real estate matters. Mr. Corcoran and his firm, The Corcoran Law Group, LLC, concentre in residential, commercial and mixed use real estate transactions from the perspective of seller, purchaser and lender. Mr. Corcoran obtained his proficiency in the mortgage banking arena while serving as General Counsel, ultimately being elevated to Chief Operating Officer of TMC Mortgage Services of Bloomfield, New Jersey. Mr. Corcoran's offices close over 1,500 transactions yearly in residential, commercial and mixed use loans in New York and New Jersey . He is proficient in FNMA and FHLMC Seller/Servicer guidelines and has been a panelist and speaker at various functions of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey and the League of Mortgage Lenders, the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He is also Counsel to the League of Mortgage Lenders in New Jersey . We work with several of his employees on a daily basis and they have proven to be invaluable to us over the years with their extensive knowledge and friendly manner.
